Shipping & Return Policy

 

All sales are final due to customization. Only blank, non-personalized items may be returned within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your item upon arrival. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items (e.g., animal hair, deodorant stains, or odors).

If an error is made by Condeza Creations, we will provide a replacement. Please send a photo of the item within 5 days of delivery for verification. Note that colors may appear slightly different on screen.

We only replace items and cannot issue refunds unless the item is unavailable or discontinued. Replacement items will match the original order exactly; no changes can be made to size, color, or design.

For damaged or incorrect items, please report within 5 days for replacement options. In some cases, we may ask for the return of the damaged item, for which we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For non-personalized item returns, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If an item is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be charged for reshipping.
